Our mission is to be as inclusive as possible.

When we say Women in Leadership, we acknowledge that woman encompasses a variety of experiences, and there are many nuances and contexts that influence the ways in which people experience being a woman in the world.

Ideally we would live in a world where this does not have to be clarified, but we want to be clear that our definition of women includes trans women. If you identify with the purpose of this space, we encourage you to join us.
